Ross Logic is built around a simple belief: Canadian small businesses should be able to benefit from advanced AI without building their own technical departments. We do not sell AI for its own sake. We find the operational friction, then build the simplest reliable system that removes it.
We are vendor-agnostic. We recommend what fits the problem, not what pays a commission. And because we operate what we build, our incentives stay aligned with yours after launch — the system has to keep working, because we are the ones watching it.

James founded Ross Logic on a conviction: the businesses that keep Canada running deserve the same calibre of systems as the largest companies — without needing a technical department to get there. He leads every engagement personally, from the first map of the process to the system that runs it.
